To get started, we will complete a detailed food profile in order to learn your likes, dislikes, and dietary requirements. Based on the your food preferences, a customized menu will be designed just for you and will be presented for your review.

I will personally shop for and select only the freshest ingredients for your meals and then arrive at your home with all the cookware, pantry items and utensils needed to prepare your meals.

All you need to provide is a kitchen sink, stove, oven, and some space in your refrigerator and freezer. All meals will be prepared, packaged and labeled to ensure freshness and convenience.

All food labels will have simple heating instructions for your use. A clean kitchen and wonderful aromas will be waiting for you with meals ready for you to heat, eat and enjoy.
